Sterlington Collections wants our customers to be happy. We want you to be completely satisfied with the jewelry that you receive from us. We do understand that you may not like your purchase for some reason.
You may return or exchange your jewelry within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange.

To return jewelry to Sterlington Collections, please follow the steps below. 

1. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the jewelry for. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry, and then charged for the replacement. Be sure to include the jewelry item name, number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration. 

2. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us! 

3. YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO OUR RETURN ADDRESS. We will only accept returns & exchanges that are sent to that address. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package and you must apply postage to the returned package.

4. Once your jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. Sterlington Collections will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned jewelry item.
